The mission of TRC Foundation is to raise funds that provide financial resources that respond to the needs of individuals with disabilities in Chautauqua County. TRC Foundation also supports the charitable work of Filling the Gap, Inc., which supports The Resource Center and other entities serving persons with disabilities and other social and economic disadvantages.
